If a customer cancels their subscription, the following will apply:

• Cancellation is done before 7 days of renewal date: We will not process the payment in such cases and the customer will not be charged.
• Cancellation is done less than 7 days before renewal date: The customer will be charged for 15 days and the rest of the amount will be refunded.
• Cancellation is done after the renewal date: The customer will be charged for another 15 days and the remaining subscription amount will be refunded.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the customer account within 5-7 working days depending on the issuing bank.
