Carselona Champs (package name com.carselonadaily.carselona_cleaner) is the partner app used by our cleaning professionals to manage jobs, attendance and service delivery. It is operated by Delxo Technologies Private Limited, which also operates carselonadaily.com and the Carselona Daily customer app. This page explains what information Carselona Champs collects from our cleaning partners, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

To onboard and manage our cleaning partners we collect personally identifiable information including your name, phone number, postal address and identity/bank details required for job assignment, attendance and payouts.

Location information

Carselona Champs requests "Always allow" location access. We collect your device's location, including in the background, while you are on duty to verify attendance, assign nearby jobs, track service progress and show your live location to the customer and our support team during an active job. You can control this permission at any time from your device settings, but the app requires "Always allow" location to function correctly, since attendance and job tracking rely on background location updates.

Log data

When you use the app, we automatically collect information your device sends — such as device identifiers, app version, crash reports, pages/screens visited, time and date of use, and usage statistics.

Service providers

We may employ third-party companies to facilitate our service. These parties may have access to your personal information solely to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Children's privacy

Carselona Champs is intended for use by adult cleaning partners only and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children; if we discover such data, we delete it from our servers immediately.
