Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want every Carselona Daily experience to be worth it. This policy explains how cancellations, credits and refunds work for our subscription services, operated by Delxo Technologies Private Limited.
Cancelling a scheduled clean
- Cancel any scheduled clean at least 24 hours in advance through the app to receive a service credit.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or cleans missed because the car was unavailable at its parking spot, are counted as services provided.
Service credits
- If we are unable to provide a scheduled service (for example, when no replacement cleaner is available), a service credit is added to your account automatically.
- Credits can be redeemed against future services during your active subscription and carry no cash value.
Cancelling your subscription
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the app. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No charges are made after the cancellation takes effect.
Refunds
- Payments for completed service periods are non-refundable.
- If you were charged in error, or paid for a period in which no services could be delivered by us, contact support and we will process an eligible refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
