Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the use of Carselona Daily services, operated by Delxo Technologies Private Limited. By subscribing to our services or using our app, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services
Exterior cleaning is performed using waterless technology at the frequency of your chosen plan — daily (6 days a week), alternate days (3 days a week) or weekly.
Interior cleaningincludes vacuum cleaning, dashboard polish and tire, trim & bumper cleaning, at the frequency of your plan (weekly on Premium, twice a month on Deluxe, monthly on Lite). Where keys are required, our staff will collect and return them as per the process shown in the app.
2. Service schedule
- We observe a weekly off on Thursdays; no services are provided that day.
- We also observe government holidays, notified to you in advance through the app.
3. Cleaner assignment
Cleaners are assigned based on availability. If your assigned cleaner is unavailable, we will arrange a replacement. If no replacement can be found, a service credit will be issued to your account, redeemable during your active subscription.
4. Cancellations & missed services
- To receive a credit for a scheduled clean, cancel at least 24 hours in advance through the app. Cancellations after this window are counted as services provided.
- If your car is unavailable at its parking spot at the scheduled time, the service is counted as provided.
5. Weather & force majeure
Services may be delayed or unavailable during heavy rain or flooding. We are not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond our control including riots, curfews and lockdowns.
6. Billing & renewals
- Subscriptions renew monthly on the same date. Payment must be completed before renewal, or the subscription becomes inactive.
- Customers not on auto-pay may be charged a ₹39 payment service fee.
- If rates change, we will give you at least 15 days' notice before your renewal date.
7. Care of your vehicle
- We are not responsible for dirt accumulating after a completed clean due to rain or dust. We recommend covered parking and avoiding parking under trees.
- Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle, and verify your cleaner's identity in the app before any key handover.
